1. What is interracial dating?

Answer: Click on the membership page of this website and purchase the monthly membership. Once your profile has been approved you will received an email about your membership status. If your profile isn't approved we will not charge you for membership.

Answer: A strong dating bio is both informative and intriguing. It highlights your personality, interests, and what you're looking for in a partner, all while sparking curiosity and encouraging someone to reach out and learn more about you.

4. Why am I not getting any messages?
Answer: Members can only see and send messages to profiles that are public. All members can initiate contact with most profiles. To ensure that your profile stands out remember to complete ALL profile information and have a clear profile picture.
5. How do I avoid scams and fake profiles?
Answer: The best way to avoid scams or fake profiles on any dating website is to not divulge personal information or send money. A fake profile (A.K.A a catfish) will avoid speaking on the phone, video calls, and meeting in person. Do not interact with profiles that are asking for donations or asking for personal ID numbers . Scammers often have fake stock photos, blurry images, or a little to no information on their profiles. If you are unsure about a profile please report it to us and we will do our best to determine the validity of the profile.

6. Why did my profile get deleted?
Answer: Some reasons why profiles get deleted are (1) your profile has been flagged for multiple incident of bullying or harassment, (2) You failed to renew your membership, (3) Your profile is a duplicate of another profile, or (4) There are children in your profile picture, or (5) your membership hasn't been renewed.

7. What do I do if my profile has been deleted?
Answer: Once your profile has been deleted you can chat with us via this website if you'd like to submit an appeal. Ebony & Ivory has a right to accept or deny the appeal and will email you with our final decision.

8. I no longer want to be a member, how do I cancel my subscription?
Answer: To cancel your subscription log into your account, go to 'My Subscriptions' and click 'Cancel My Subscription'. If you cancel AFTER your free trial your card will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
